Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdbdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the bdbdt website, all games, betting markets, promotional offers, cashier functions, and any other services offered through the platform.

By registering an account on bdbdt, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bdbdt platform.

1. Eligibility

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee of bdbdt, or of any game provider, payment processor, or technology partner directly associated with bdbdt.
• You must have only one active bdbdt account at any time. If bdbdt discovers that you hold multiple accounts, all accounts associated with you may be suspended and any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of bdbdt services, you must register an account by providing accurate and complete information as requested during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information at all times.

Registration Information

During registration, you must provide your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a contact number. You must not use fictitious names, aliases, or any information belonging to another person. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of any balance.

Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

bdbdt is required to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification in accordance with its compliance obligations. You may be requested to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage:

• A government-issued photo identification document such as a national ID card, passport, or driving licence.
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or similar document confirming your address and dated within the past three months.
• Proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds into your bdbdt account, such as a screenshot of the registered bKash or Nagad account showing your name.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bdbdt login credentials, including your username and password. You must notify bdbdt support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. bdbdt will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on bdbdt are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bdbdt supports a range of payment methods designed for players in Bangladesh, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. You must only deposit funds that you personally own and that originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Deposit Conditions

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your bdbdt account balance in real time upon confirmation of payment. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. bdbdt does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges for which bdbdt accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal Conditions

To submit a withdrawal request, your bdbdt account must be fully verified under our KYC process. Withdrawals are subject to the following general conditions:

• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Where this is not possible, bdbdt may offer an alternative withdrawal method.
• Verified accounts submitted during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) working hours are typically processed the same business day. Processing times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high withdrawal volume.
• bdbdt reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested before the withdrawal is released.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

bdbdt offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time each promotion is launched. In the event of any conflict between the general bonus terms set out in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded on bdbdt are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) before they or any associated winnings can be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms and conditions. You must meet the full wagering requirement within the validity period of the bonus; any unmet wagering at expiry will result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.

Bonus Restrictions

The following restrictions apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to individual players only — one bonus per player, per promotion. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts or in conjunction with other players will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and associated balances.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid for a limited time only. Any winnings generated from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the promotion terms before they can be withdrawn.
• bdbdt reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after you have already begun wagering, bdbdt will take reasonable steps to ensure your position is not materially disadvantaged.
• All bonus promotions are intended for recreational players only. bdbdt reserves the right to decline bonus offers to, or reclaim bonus funds from, any player whose betting patterns indicate professional, systematic, or arbitrage-style play.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games and betting products offered on bdbdt are operated using certified software from licensed game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, among others. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as dealt or spun by the dealer in real time.

bdbdt does not interfere with game outcomes and has no capacity to alter results in favour of or against any individual player. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game is set by the game studio and is not adjustable by bdbdt. Malfunction Policy

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bdbdt platform. Engaging in any of the conduct listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, make decisions, or interact with the platform in a way not available to ordinary players manually operating a standard browser.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any financial activity that contravenes applicable anti-money laundering laws or the Financial Intelligence Unit guidelines applicable in Bangladesh.
• Colluding with other players in any game, including but not limited to sharing hand information, chip dumping, or coordinating bets to exploit the platform or other players.
• Registering more than one account on bdbdt, whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment accounts, device identifiers, or IP addresses.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or the support process.
• Engaging in any form of chargebacks, payment reversal fraud, or disputes with your payment provider in bad faith where bdbdt has processed your deposit in accordance with these Terms.

bdbdt actively monitors platform activity for signs of prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bdbdt reserves the right to suspend the relevant account, withhold pending withdrawals, and conduct a full investigation before making any final determination on the account status.

7. Responsible Gaming

bdbdt is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its player base. bdbdt does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bdbdt shall use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime and shall not be liable for losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical outages, or third-party service disruptions affecting the platform.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bdbdt platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, and game interfaces — is the intellectual property of bdbdt or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without the prior written consent of bdbdt. Your use of the platform grants you no ownership rights over any platform content.

10. Amendments to These Terms

bdbdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, bdbdt will endeavour to provide notice to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the platform, allowing a reasonable period before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the bdbdt platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting support via the email address in the footer.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which bdbdt operates.
